Ann Speer, President and Chief Executive Officer

Ann has spent more than 25 years in financial services and retail management. She has managed districts with assets of up to $1.4 billion and 210 team members. While serving as a senior vice president for Wells Fargo, Ann worked in Denver, Los Angeles and Salt Lake City, where she took under-performing districts to success by building and empowering teams of diverse professionals. Ann attributes her skills in effective team-building and project management to her passions for learning and sharing what she knows with others. Helping people achieve things they never thought they could is among her most treasured rewards.
